Diogo has taken over executive positions at medium-sized and large limited liability and public corporations, having experience in companies’ operational and financial recovery and restructuring


Major Experiences

  • He has worked as CRO (Chief Risk Officer) at various operational and financial restructuring projects;
  • General Manager from Grupo LDI/Real Estate Partners and worked on leading positions in projects from companies in Brazil and the United States, such as Editora Abril, STU USA Inc., Whirlpool, Lindencorp, Ogata Management Consulting, KPMG and PwC;
  • Member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) in Brazil;
  • Global Economy Course at MIT – Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston;
  • MBA in Business Management at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, SP;
  • Business Administration at Edmonds Community College, Seattle.

Anderson Miyamoto

Co-founder

Anderson has large professional experience at consulting firms, having worked from the tactical-operation scope to the strategic level. He has worked in projects from various different segments, among them autoparts, food, hospital and services sectors.


Major Experiences

  • 11 years coordinating projects focused on productivity improvement, processes mapping and improvement, operational performance assessment and implementation of management systems through indicators;
  • 5-year experience in Strategic Planning, Competitive Intelligence and Projects Management;
  • He has been working in the recovery and restructuring of companies going through crisis by managing multifunctional teams involved in diagnosis and projects for various different sectors;
  • MBA in Business Management at IBMEC (2005);
  • Specialization course in Business Management at University of Toronto (2001);
  • Graduate course in Engineering at Escola Politécnica - Universidade de São Paulo (2000).
